Information from our AI products
- Conversation transcripts from voicebot and chatbot interactions conducted on behalf of our customers
- Customer data shared with us by our business customers for the purpose of deploying our AI services

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
- To send service-related communications (invoices, product updates, security alerts)
- To send marketing communications where you have opted in or where we have a legitimate interest

4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:
- Service providers: trusted third parties who help us operate our business (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations
- AI Rudder: our voice infrastructure provider, who processes voice data under their own SOC2-certified data handling framework
- Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
5. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Conversation transcripts from AI interactions are retained for up to 24 months unless a shorter period is agreed with the customer.
When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights under the PDPA
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Withdraw consent for the use of your personal data (where processing is consent-based)
- Request data portability where technically feasible

7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our platform is SOC 2 Type II certified, ISO 27001 certified, and hosted within Singapore-based data centres.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to this policy
